I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The rooms were simple but charming and efficiently designed, clean as a whistle, and well-equipped with everything a traveler could ask for, including great aircon, toiletries, tea/coffee making facilities, robes, Wi-Fi, TV, Turkish delight, safe, fridge with complimentary water bottles, and plenty of hot water and great shower pressure. The balcony was a lovely addition. The service was top-notch, with staff always courteous, helpful, and willing to provide valuable tips on touring historical landmarks in Istanbul. The location was superb, just a short walk from major attractions like Topkapi Palace, Hagia Sophia, and the Blue Mosque. The dining experience was delightful, offering a delicious and varied breakfast buffet with high-quality local foods. Overall, a fantastic hotel with just a few minor improvement areas.

The location was perfect, being within walking distance of major historical sites and close to public transportation. The dining options were amazing with numerous choices to fit different tastes. The staff was professional and helpful, although there was a minor issue with the hamman staff attire. Overall, a great value for money.
